When I went into your store he told me the price and how long the replacement was going to take, and to my surprise the bill was exactly what he said it was going to be and the car was actually done hours earlier. Brandon was honest with me when he found a defect in the first window they were going to install and he immediately ordered another so my car would be done on time! This kind of customer service is rare nowadays and I never write letters of gratitude, but this store deserves the recognition and an A+ for customer service and job quality.
